The challenge
Restructuring the view of individual compensation plans to help users quickly understand when and what they can and cannot do with their money.
The Process
Research
As part of the research phase, we first mapped all the information and actions relevant to compensation plans, which were previously scattered across the platform. This helped us understand how best to group prioritise and present them in a clear and consistent way.
Design
The research highlighted the need for a modular approach to presenting page elements, allowing the interface to adapt to the different states and lifecycles of each compensation plan. We explored several design iterations and carried out quick, lightweight user testing to validate our design decisions.
The outcome
A dedicated plan detail screen that enables users to monitor shares, track events, and make informed trade decisions, with easy access to related documents.
