I began by outlining the key stages of the research workflow and defining the specific tasks required for each stage.
Next, I identified the teams responsible for each task and used a RACI matrix to assign clear ownership to specific individuals across the organisation.
Finally, I investigated the benefits of a research repository for EquatePlus, reviewing available tools and assessing their suitability against our needs and constraints.
